My 6 year old Daughter loves putting things together. This was perfect for her. she could fit the pieces together and she love it! She's very creative and this keeps her busy for long periods of time. It also has help him with her math skills. Love the size of the tubes for traveling, the kit has a nice variety of colors. I keep it on hand for being on the go, It went on smoothly and covered the canvas very well. I liked it even more when I added matte medium. Like their oil color, I find the consistency smooth, not stiff. Most of the color have very good covering power, opaque not transparent.
