The product is easy to use. Fills easily and ice comes out with little effort. Haven't used in a party setting as of yet. Looking forward to something a little different to talk about at our next party. I love how they are big and they will keep my cup cold for a long time, Works great. the first thing I noticed - no smell! The cases are so soft, pliable and have no ugly plastic smell - which we all know will go right into the ice. Pops out with no problems
