I sharpened 5 of my kitchen knives so far and cutting and slicing is a breeze. I was able to cut up an entire chicken to today in about 6 minutes. Before I sharpened that knife it took me 25 minutes because it was so dull. This is a great investment for the kitchen! This is a great product. It definately sharpens well and makes cooking much easier and safer.
